Passive Interface

Does not send hellos, Adj is not established but link still advertised is ISIS.
When configuring a link as passive, the ip route isis command is removed automatically.
Should be enable on interfaces that do not have ISIS neighhbor adj, like Loop interfaces.

R1(config-router)#        passive-interface (int)
